Survey Questionnaire

I created and conducted a custom survey questionnaire to get a wide range of public opinions on what people consider as a good or bad restaurant experience. The idea was to conclude on whether people want an improvement in the kind of dining experience they have. The survey would also chart out how much of a difference good design makes regarding people's mindset while choosing and their willingness to try to new things. Furthermore, it displays people's awareness about the digital form of menu design and how accepting they are to the idea of it.

The major age bracket of respondents consists of teenagers with a small percentage of people in their 40's (families).
