Final Solution

After conducting and concluding all of my research work, I have derived an elaborate solution for my problem.

After a series of tests, it was found that the most unhygienic area in a restaurant is the surface of menu cards, simply because nobody ever bothers cleaning them.

The system of using traditional menu cards is ancient and with it's long list of cons and all of the hassle it creates, it time we move on to better and more user friendly systems.

My solution is customizable mobile application which is uniquely designed for a restaurant chain.
